A Dog Days of Summer Mini Tour
There’s now a Dog Days of Summer Mini Summer Tour in the planning stages. The idea behind the Dog Days Disc Golf Tour would be to hold weekly events for 4 weeks on Thursday nights.
Thursdays are currently the only night of the week there are no leagues in the upstate or Northeast Georgia. We would hold a mini one-round event one Thursday night in Walhalla, Seneca, Easley and Greenville.
The mini tour would be one-round only with points being earned for the amount of people you beat in your division with half the money being paid out each night with half being carried over till the end of the series.
There would be three divisions…Pro, Advanced and Intermediate. If there is an interest in Masters, Advanced Master or any women’s divisions, those would be added. I just need to know the interest is there and could depend on a minimum of three players per division to make it work.
All money minus trophies for the finals will be paid back to each division.
